This assignment has two parts. Merge both parts into one document. Part I: Write 2 pages composing scholarly research related to stakeholder theory using the following guiding questions. * What is stakeholder theory? * What theorist is recognized with developing stakeholder theory? * What was the original point of this theory? * How does this theory apply to understand organizations? Part II: Develop a plan for gathering and integrating stakeholder feedback into your improvement process. • Begin by identifying an area in need of improvement which is a (School Improvement Plan), and then consider what input is needed from the various stakeholders in the learning organization. • Identify 3-5 stakeholder groups, both internal and external to the organization (ex. Staff, District, Parent, Community). • Discuss some ways you can gather feedback from stakeholders to include in the improvement process. o How will you integrate stakeholder feedback into your improvement plan? o How often will you meet with stakeholders, if at all? (possibly monthly or ???) o How can you encourage continued support from them?
