As a CEO evaluating important business opportunities, what would have to happen to make you compromise your values or the values you have communicated to your employees? 4. How can you prepare your teams to deal with cultural differences before going into a project where there clearly are biases? 5. How do you think the CEO should explain his decision to the client?
