Your Oral Presentations will focus on the materials and essays you are writing about for your final Research Paper. Essentially, what you will be doing is giving the class a summary and breakdown of your research: what essays you are analyzing, how you are analyzing those essays, what interesting/contradictory/biased/etc. points you have noticed about those essays, whether the essays are effective, etc. The ultimate approach to, strategy behind, and organization of your oral presentation is up to you: you could simply talk, or you could include handouts, audiovisual elements, guest speakers, guitar solos, sock puppet monologues, or anything else you can dream up (providing it’s clean and legal, of course). let me know if you have any questions
