Multimedia Part 1 Part 1 with rubric (40 possible points) Part 1: For your Multimedia project, you will need to find 8 non-academic tidbits that relate to your topic of choice related to adult development. These can be comic strips, blogs, memes, news or magazine articles, for example.. So...if you were going to do a public service announcement and project related to the idea that older adults are bad drivers, you could include this image as one of your tidbits for Part 1: Once you have your 8 tidbits, copy them into a document and write 2-3 sentences for each that explain why you chose the tidbit and how it relates to your topic. (There needs to be some sort of message for the tidbit and not just an image) - At this point, you do not need to worry about the merit of the messages in these tidbits - you are just collecting some examples of how media and society address the topic. Also try to make some sort of citation for them as close to an APA citation as you can, recognizing that images can be difficult.) I recognize for images that becomes difficult, but at least try to get some sort of citation to let me know where you found the tidbit - more than just the same link for a google image search for all tidbits. Your short 2-3 sentences after each tidbit should address why the message is and how it relates to your topic, as well as why you chose it as an example for Part 1. Multimedia Rubric Part 1: Non-Academic Sources – 40 points Tidbit 1 (and each subsequent tidbit) _________ is it included? (either picture, summary, or text?) _________ is there a citation? _________ is it non-academic? _________ did you include why you chose it? _________ did you include how it relates to your topic? Topic: physical and mental health in old People
