I am working on a constructions project, and I need to research about detention pond, constrains and limitations and all regulations and laws, research about the right of ways and any easements that may prevent us from designing in certain locations for the detention pond. make it look neat.. add lots of info about those points (Detention ponds and right of ways and any easements) of designing a construction plan for a land (subdivsion)<
