Candidate Staff Study: The nominee will create a Staff Study IAW Tongue and Quill. The intent will be to identify a performance gap within your organization. The target audience will be the Squadron Commander. The Staff Study will be used to evaluate the nominee’s ability to clearly identify concise and clear written communication, ability to critically think through a problem and finally gauge the knowledge and understanding of commander’s intent. As well as the two weeks of training they receive at pre deployment training. I believe it’s not enough training to cover a 6-8 month deployment.
