Audit the culture of an organisation of your choice. (do Canon or whatever you feel most comfortable with) 2000 words (+10%) You are expected to choose an organisation and explore its culture with reference to Schein’s 3 level framework. Please do not audit very large organisations such as Amazon, Disney, Google, Costa Coffee, Uber... The aim of the audit is to apply your knowledge such that you can identify, analyse and interpret organisational culture within a context. The criteria for assessment follows the standard criteria set by the Business School (please see below). You do not need to draw on many sources of data. There will also be limits to what you can access within the scope of the project – be realistic. OB text books are a great starting point in terms of Schein’s framework and organisational culture – for instance, Chapter 4 of Buchanan & Huczynski (2017 & 2019). Of course, it will also be covered in the course content - particularly Lecture 2 and Seminar 2. This project enables you to be creative in how you select and analyse your case study. Grades are based on your analysis of the case rather than the means of data collection. Given the pandemic, please do not undertake primary research.
