On the right side of the matrix, you will see a list of different types of assessments--objective, essay, standardized, etc. The last item in the column is meant to be a general discussion of learning assessments as a whole. What are their purposes, strengths, and weaknesses in a learning organization? Across the top are the elements you are discuss on each type of assessment. The elements are whether the assessment is programmatic or learning, or both, the purpose of the assessment, and its strengths and weaknesses.
